1."Uzumaki Naruto."

Uzumaki Naruto is the main character in Naruto Shippuden anime. His Parents died when he born and 9 tailed beast (Kurama) was sealed inside of him. the 9 tailed beast created the huge crises in Konoha Village so, the villagers dislike him and used to stay away from him. He spent his childhood alone, we can also say that he had a very bad childhood. But he never give up and tried hard to fulfill his dream to become a Hokage. He was the 7th Hokage of Konoha Village.

                                      2. "Uchiha Sasuke."

Uchiha Sasuke is the second main character in Naruto Shippuden series . He belongs to Uchiha Clan. He is the last Uchiha. When he was a kid his Parents and Clan were killed by his own elder brother Uchiha Itachi (He did it because danzo ordered him to do so he felt so bad and cried bitterly at that moment he told his Parents the cause and they agreed on it) . He did not knew the truth and wanted to took revenge from his brother by killing him in such a way he did. He killed his brother and at the last moment of his brother ,his brother said "I want to impart this truth to you, you do not even have to forgive me, and no matter what you do here and out , I will always Love you." He regreted after this and killed danzo. 

                                       3."Hatake Kakashi."

Hatake Kakashi is the best written character in Naruto Shippuden. He belongs from Hatake Clan. He knows more than 1,000 Jutsus he have a Shringan as well and he is not an Uchiha , that is why he is known as Copy Ninja" of Konoha Village. His Father died when he was a kid after that his Friend (Rin ) died, he spent his childhood alone whatever happened he suffered and bear it all alone much like Naruto. He became the 6th Hokage of Konoha village.

                                    
                                   4."Namikaze Minato."

Namikaze Minato is the fastest Shinobi in Naruto Shippuden series. He is the Father of Uzumaki Naruto and Sensei (Teacher) of Hatake Kakashi , Rin and Uchiha Obito. He is the 4th Hokage of Konoha Village. He is so kindhearted and nice person. He died while saving the Konoha village.

                                     5."Kaguya Otsutsuki."

Belonging to the celestial clan of Otsutsuki, Kaguya is a tyrannical princess corrupted by power, with a lust to conquer and control . Being the progenitor of all chakra created on Earth, she is the true reason why Shinobis and their various jutsus exist.
